3 Simple steps to check if your shoulder is at risk.

Wondering if your shoulder is at risk of developing pain? Try these three easy steps to check at home and find solutions beforehand! Do it for yourself and your loved ones.

Step 1

Place your index finger along your collarbone and your thumb along your shoulder blade. Compare the angle between your thumb and index finger on both sides. If the angles are different, one of your shoulders might be at risk.

Step 2

Now, keep your thumb at the centre of the top of your shoulder. With your other hand, hold your upper arm bone as shown in the video. If your arm bone is positioned more forward than the center point, that shoulder could be at risk.

Step 3

“Finally, check your arm rotation by looking at your elbow crease. If one side shows the full elbow crease but the other does not, your shoulder or elbow on that side might be at risk.
